Problem
Baylor needed a prioritized list of Compliance tasks, and to implement a R&C program for the credit union prior to an exam later in the year.
Solution
After performing a one-time Risk Assessment we customized and prioritized a Risk and Compliance program that included BCAP, Tech P&P, Risk, Data, and GLBA Assurance programs to address regulatory compliance.
Result
The result is the Credit Union now has a formal Compliance program underway, reviewed and reported to the Board, and fully ready for the examiners.
