Romir Bosu | Founder, President & CEO

A spirited visionary, Romir Bosu founded Compushare in 1995. His tenacity and keen business sense quickly earned him respect and accolades within the technology field from clients, colleagues and competitors alike, elevating Compushare to its position as the leading technology management provider for the financial services industry.

 

Today, Bosu continues to steer the corporate direction and vision of the company, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the rapidly growing technology management firm, including strategic management of key client relations and the company’s overall direction, service delivery and finances. His drive to deliver impeccable value inspires the company’s more than 100 bright and talented business professionals.

 

Michael Barrack | Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Michael Barrack leads all operations, client service and human capital management efforts at Compushare, and oversees the internal control structure at the company. His team provides all levels of service and support delivery, risk and compliance consulting, and strategic advice and direction for financial services clients across the United States. Under Barrack’s leadership, Compushare evolved its service delivery structure from product-based business units into a community-focused delivery model.

 

He previously served as Director of Risk and Compliance at Compushare. A banking industry veteran, Barrack has led technology and compliance efforts at financial institutions over the course of his 20-year career as a banking leader, serving in executive level roles including Chief Executive Officer at iPay Technologies and Chief Information Officer at several large community banks.

 

Kathleen Roberge | Chief Business Development Officer

Named Chief Business Development Officer for Compushare in March 2010, Roberge leads the company’s client acquisition and marketing strategy and brings with her more than 15 years of management expertise in financial sales, channel development, training, account management, marketing, product management and acquisition/integration strategy.

 

Prior to joining Compushare, Roberge spent 10 years building Perimeter E-Security, the leader in hosted security and compliance services for financial institutions, where she was the EVP of Business Development and responsible for growing revenues and exceeding client expectations. Throughout her career, Roberge has been an active member in the banking community, including serving as a board member and President of the Association for Financial Technology.

 

Gladys Gutierrez | Controller

As Controller, Gladys Gutierrez oversees the Finance Department at Compushare. She has been with the company since 1998. Her depth of knowledge in the company’s financial operational history along with her experience in the various facets of finance and accounting make Gutierrez a valuable team member.

 

She has contributed to Compushare’s growth and success by providing her expertise in finance, accounting system conversions, audit, internal controls and acquisition integration. Responsible for driving the financial, budget, compliance and operational aspects of the business, Gutierrez and her team are dedicated to providing the highest level of accuracy and quality service.

 

Kevin Prince | Chief Technology Officer

Offering solutions to our clients that solve today’s business challenges in meaningful and relevant ways is our goal.
As Chief Technology Officer, Kevin Prince leads the company’s product development efforts in designing and building innovative solutions to meet Compushare’s clients’ needs. Prince has more than 22 years of information technology experience, including 14 in information security specifically for the financial services market.

 

Prince was founder and CEO of Red Cliff Solutions, which provided firewall, intrusion detection and prevention, web content filtering, anti-virus, virtual private networks, and vulnerability assessments to financial institutions. He is a published author of the book Security 2020. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has written many whitepapers, articles and blog posts on information security topics. He also trains federal examiners on information security methodologies, technology solutions, auditing practices and industry trends.

 

Bill Neville | Advisory Board Chairman

Compushare is fortunate to have several industry leaders that contribute to the focus and direction of the company acting as a strategic advisors. The leadership from such advisors is crucial to the success of Compushare and provides tremendous industry guidance as we expand and grow the business.

Guiding the Advisory Board, Bill Neville is a leader in the financial industry and his experience has provided thought leadership to Compushare. He is presently a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Davis and Henderson (TSX:DHF.UN) a $600 million, Toronto based public company serving the financial services industry in Canada and the U.S.

 

Additionally, Mr. Neville has been working, in different capacities, with Butterfield Fulcrum Group a Hedge Fund Administrator, since May of 2009. Prior to his work at Butterfield Fulcrum, Bill held the position of Managing Director with Citi, responsible for the Citi Hedge Fund Administration business of North America. Bill had joined Citi in 2007 after Citi completed the acquisition of BISYS. Prior to the acquisition Mr. Neville had been in executive managemnt roles at BISYS for over 15 years. Most recently, Bill had held the role of President of the Alternative Investment Services business at BISYS. Prior to assuming that role in September of 2005, Mr. Neville had been the Group President of the Banking and Information Services Group of Business. Prior to joining BISYS in 1992, Mr. Neville was Vice President of Client Relations with Mutual Services Inc. in Massachusetts and Vice president of Production with Data Management Systems, also in Massachusetts. Mr. Nevile also held several management positions within IBM from 1977 through 1986. Mr. Neville holds an MBA degree from Suffolk University, is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and is currently a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain.
