JD Phelps | Director of Client Services, Northwest Community

Under the directorship of JD Phelps, the Northwest community team is dedicated to assisting community financial institution clients in fully maximizing the benefits in partnering with Compushare and achieving efficiencies and cost savings through a strategic technology outsourcing approach. Prior to his role as Director of Client Services, Phelps led Compushare’s team of Client Technology Officers in their efforts to help clients merge technology and banking expertise together for the continued success of the IT Enterprise. Offering over 18 years of experience in executive level strategic technology planning for financial institutions, Phelps has helped countless clients realize key competitive advantages by leveraging the benefits that financial technologies can offer when approached through a strategic effort.

Mike Adams | Director of Client Services, Central Community

Mike Adams leads the Central community team at Compushare in their efforts to deliver world-class service to financial institution clients within the region. Adams brings over 20 years of IT management experience, with a strong background in banking and security, to the Compushare team. Prior to assuming his key leadership role within the Central communities, Adams directed the development and delivery of Compushare’s portfolio of Managed Service offerings. Recognizing a knowledge gap in the effective management of IT at countless client institutions, Adams employed a vision to help institutions harvest the highest in value, efficiency and productivity through the delivery of simple yet effective system monitoring tools and reports backed by world-class service. His clear focus and mission culminated in the deployment of the first Managed Technology Service offerings from Compushare in 2006.

Phil Porcari | Director of Client Services, Northeast Community

As the Director of Client Services for Compushare’s Northeast communities, Phil Porcari leads the team of Financial Systems Consultants and Client Service Coordinators toward a singular goal of service excellence. With over 18 years of experience in information technology, Porcari is a seasoned IT professional and an effectual leader with a results oriented approach. Under his guidance, the Northeast community team strives to continually increase the value contribution to community financial institution clients by serving as a true consultative resource, offering technical expertise, in depth knowledge of financial institution operations, and strategic advice and direction. With a firm grasp on ITIL concepts and policies and well-versed in the integration of hardware, software, tools, processes, metrics and resources at community financial institutions, Porcari has helped numerous banks and credit unions reengineer their IT enterprises into efficient and effective performing entities.
