The strong leadership team upholds clear delineation in individual roles and responsibilities, providing structure in the delivery of client engagements and ensuring seamless cooperation and a cohesive effort toward meeting all client needs.

Romir Bosu | Founder, President & CEO

A spirited visionary, Romir Bosu founded Compushare in 1995. His tenacity and keen business sense quickly earned him respect and accolades within the technology field from clients, colleagues and competitors alike, marking Compushare as a player to watch and elevating the Company to its position today as the leading technology management provider for the financial services industry. More than a decade later, Bosu continues to steer the corporate direction and vision of the Company, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the rapidly growing technology management firm, including strategic management of key client relations and the company’s overall direction, service delivery and finances. Early in Compushare’s history, Bosu enacted a key decision to strategically focus on delivering technology solutions to community financial institutions, merging the team’s unique breadth of experience to serving a market niche that could derive the greatest value from the Company’s offerings and expertise. His infectious spirit and drive to deliver impeccable value to the client rallies a team of over 100 bright and talented business professionals across the United States.

Michael Barrack | Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Michael Barrack leads all operations, client service and human capital management efforts at Compushare, and oversees the internal control structure at the company. His team provides all levels of service and support delivery, risk and compliance consulting, and strategic advice and direction for financial services clients in all communities served across the United States. With the help of his strong leadership and mantra for total client commitment, the Company evolved its service delivery structure from its historical organization of product-based business units into a community focused delivery model. Barrack previously served as Director of Risk and Compliance at Compushare. A veteran to the banking industry, Barrack has led technology and compliance efforts at financial institutions over the course of his 20-year career as a banking leader, serving in executive level roles including Chief Executive Officer at iPay Technologies and Chief Information Officer at several large community banks.

Kathleen Roberge | Chief Business Development Officer

Named Chief Business Development Officer for Compushare in March 2010, Kathleen leads the company’s client acquisition strategy and brings with her over 15 years of management expertise in the areas of sales, channel development, training, account management, marketing, product management and acquisition/integration strategy. Prior to joining Compushare, Kathleen spent the previous 10 years building Perimeter E-Security, the leader in hosted security and compliance services for financial institutions, where she was the EVP of Business Development and responsible for growing revenues from its inception. Under her leadership at Perimeter, Kathleen oversaw all components of sales, client management, marketing, product development and sales distribution while the company grew to be the leader in the industry for SaaS-based security services. Prior to Perimeter, she lead the business development efforts for Nextel Communications helping grow the CT and MA markets from the ground up. Throughout her career, Kathleen has been an active member in the banking community including serving as a board member and President of AFT (Association for Financial Technology). She holds a BA from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.

Gladys Gutierrez | Controller

Gladys Gutierrez as Controller oversees the Finance Department at Compushare, Inc. She has been with Compushare since 1998. The many years of knowledge behind Compushare’s financial operational history in conjunction with the expertise in the various levels of Finance and Accounting make Gutierrez a valuable team member. She has contributed to the growth and success of Compushare, Inc. by providing her expertise in Finance, accounting system conversions, audit, internal controls and acquisition integration. Responsible for driving all the financial, budget, compliance and operational aspects of Compushare, Inc. Gladys and her team of professionals are dedicated in providing the highest level of accuracy and quality service to our valued clients, vendors, communities and departments across the United States.

Ray Schnell | Director, Marketing

Ray Schnell is the newest member of the corporate leadership team joining Compushare in January 2010. As Director of Marketing, Schnell is responsible for driving all corporate communications strategies and expanding Compushare's brand footprint across the country leveraging traditional, non-traditional and emergent media vehicles. He also manages all facets of CRM and lead generation, coordinating with Sales and Client Services to support their efforts and fuel top line revenue growth. Schnell has over 14 years of experience building companies and brands, most recently as Partner/Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Business Development for one of the largest career sites for professionals working in Video Games, Animation, TV, Film and Visual Effects. He was also a senior advertising executive at top NYC agencies, working with clients in the Automotive, Restaurant, Retail and Telecommunications industries.

Jesse Pike | Director of Offering Excellence

Jesse Pike spearheads the development of the Offering Excellence Group at Compushare, Inc. Under his leadership, Offering Excellence at Compushare is dedicated to the continual enhancement of the Company’s portfolio of technology management, security, risk and compliance offerings, and ensuring the solutions delivered provide the greatest value and relevancy to financial institution clients served within each community. Prior to his Directorship, Pike served as a Senior Banking Consultant at Compushare acting as an executive level advisor to clients covering all areas of Technology Management, with a primary focus on IT Governance. A 13-year veteran of the Information Technology field, Pike first joined the Compushare team in 2002 as a Regional Consulting Manager for the Northwest communities. His extensive background includes a broad range of experience in the banking technology solutions process. Pike holds an extensive range of specialized skills and technical certifications including CISSP, CISA, CISM and Microsoft Professional and Cisco Associate certifications.
